No matter how excellent the supermarket display design may be, it absolutely cannot do without good display tools to assist it. The Fashion Shelving team has compiled this list of four commonly used basic tools:

1. Supermarket Shelving

Supermarket shelves are categorized by structure into single-sided shelves, double-sided shelves, and four-sided shelves; by material into iron shelves, steel shelves, and steel-wood shelves; and by function into standard shelves, promotional shelves, and fresh produce shelves. Different shelves are used to display different products and also accommodate different display methods. In practical use, adjustments should be made based on display requirements.

2. End caps

Installed at the ends of double-sided supermarket shelves, end caps are used for end-cap displays, leveraging customer movement patterns to achieve sales objectives.

3. Divider panels

Used to separate two different types of products, preventing confusion and helping customers distinguish between them. There are three main types: magnetic, snap-on, and plastic, allowing customers to choose based on their preferences.

4. Guardrails

Installed at the edges of supermarket shelves, they have a certain height but do not obstruct product retrieval or display. They are suitable for displaying high-end fragile products, effectively preventing product damage from falls.

Supermarket display design is never a simple task. It tests not only the professional skills of supermarket operators but also the quality of the shelves themselves. Only when good shelves meet good techniques can the true value of display design be realized, effectively boosting product sales.
